Porsche 911 diagnostics & coding.
FlatDiag reads and clears fault codes across every control unit in your 911, in plain English, from your iPhone, Mac, or the car's CarPlay screen. What else you can do depends on the generation.
Coverage
What works on the Porsche 911.
Chassis codes 997, 991, 992. Only the 981 has been confirmed on a real car so far; the rest are built from the factory diagnostic data and tested against the built in simulator.
| Chassis | Years | Connects via | What works today |
|---|---|---|---|
| 997 | 2005 to 2012 | OBDLink (Bluetooth) | Scan and fault codes. Coding and live data coming soon |
| 991 | 2012 to 2019 | OBDLink (Bluetooth) | Scan, fault codes, live data, coding, service |
| 992 | 2019 on | ENET (Ethernet) | Scan, fault codes, live data |
The 992 uses automotive Ethernet (DoIP), so it needs an ENET adapter rather than the OBDLink CX. The 997 is focused on reading (scanning and fault codes) for now.
Try it on your Porsche 911.
FlatDiag is in TestFlight beta. Request access for a beta invite, or explore the whole app first with the built in simulator, no car required.
